Ensures availability of competent and qualified personnel. Develop human resources through training, including health & safety aspects.

Procurement

Selects qualified suppliers who can meet ADELCO's quality and safety requirements.

Equipment & machinery

Procure, supplies, and maintains equipment and machinery as required by projects. Implements and maintains operational controls, for health and safety activities.

HSE

Adoption of the Safety Management System is a strategic decision. The design and implementation of the ADELCO management system is influenced by varying needs, particular objectives, the services, and process provided, the processes employed and the size and structure of the organization.

This Manual is also the statement of ADELCO that its documented and implemented safety management system conforms to the requirement of HSE Standard. The purpose of this manual is to describe the Safety System of ADELCO and to provide general policy guidance on all activities relating to its implementation and maintenance.

The protection of health, safety and the environment (HSE) are a core value of ADELCO is committed to fully integrate HSE concerns in the execution of all our project activities. This commitment extends to all activity conducted in the performance of our professional duties on behalf of our clients.

ADELCO will implement the necessary actions and ensure to achieve an Incident Free Operation (IFO) during every project execution. In addition, ADELCO will enhance the protection of our employees, human health and the environment while increasing shareholder value.
